My Approach -

I am a psychodynamic therapist and doctoral trainee in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. My approach is grounded in the belief that much of our emotional life happens out of awareness—that unconscious processes, shaped by our earliest relationships and experiences, continue to influence how we feel, behave, and relate to others.

I offer a regular, confidential space where we can begin to think together about what might be going on beneath the surface. People often come to therapy with symptoms like anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or a sense of being stuck—but over time, we may come to understand these as expressions of deeper emotional conflicts or unmet needs.

My style is thoughtful and steady. I won’t offer advice or quick fixes, but I will listen closely and work with you to uncover patterns, meanings, and feelings that may not yet have been fully recognised or understood. The process can be challenging at times, but it can also lead to significant and lasting change.
